The project integrates advanced microscopy and impedance optical-deformability cytometry (IODC) and artificial intelligence (AI) to investigate cancer cell behavior and therapy response.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a98e56c e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base\" data-id=\"a98e56c\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"a98e56c\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"ce9d1d2\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-ce9d1d2-41394b2 e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\t\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\tObjectives\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe6b503 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base\" data-id=\"fe6b503\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"fe6b503\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-328b6d6-50b0d7e e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"328b6d6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1. Organ-on-chip platform: design, fabrication, and testing of the microphysiological system, MPS, including the culturing of bone and cancer cells under fluid shear stress conditions and the administration of chemotherapeutic agents.<br>2. IODC: design, fabrication, and testing of the module.<br>3. Data acquisition: TLM videos of the cells in the MPS and IODC measurements.<br>4. Data Analysis: optimise processing strategies for TLM and IODC data to leverage the various signals available for evaluating therapy efficacy.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
